3rd Annual Honey Bee Experience
August 30, 2021Fall Pumpkin Decoration Guidelines
September 22, 2021At Pinelawn Memorial Park, we understand how difficult and emotional it is for families to lose and grieve loved ones who have passed. Whenever we have a service at Pinelawn, you and your family remain in our thoughts, which is why we would like to offer a way to honor the memory of your loved ones.
On Sunday, October 3rd, and Monday, October 4th, we will be holding a candlelight remembrance vigil where you and a guest can reflect peacefully as your loved one’s name is read aloud amongst the beautiful outdoor setting of our Louis Natalie Mall, surrounded by the gentle sounds of live string music and the soft glow of string lights. The vigil will also include a non-denominational sermon before the reading of names. Although we know the passing of someone you hold dear is a painful experience for you and your family, we hope this tranquil evening will be the perfect setting for you to celebrate their memory.
The vigil will be held over four sessions, two on each day, and tickets are limited to two per loved one. Due to the overwhelming response for this event, we kindly ask that all families respect this request to enable Pinelawn to support as many families as possible at the vigil. We understand that we cannot accommodate all of the families who have lost loved ones throughout this year and in years past. However, we offer several remembrance events throughout the year, including our Spring Candlelight Remembrance Vigil and our Lantern Lighting Celebration, to ensure more families have the opportunity to honor their loved one’s memory.
This event will be hosted in four sessions:
- SUNDAY, OCTOBER 3RD , 5 PM SESSION
- SUNDAY, OCTOBER 3RD , 7:30 PM SESSION
- MONDAY, OCTOBER 4TH, 5 PM SESSION
- MONDAY, OCTOBER 4TH, 7:30 PM SESSION
