Annual Flower Program for Memorial Gardens

Pinelawn’s Annual Flower Program for Memorial Gardens gives you peace of mind knowing your loved one’s memorial is adorned with beautiful fresh flowers on the dates that are most meaningful to you.  When purchasing the Annual Flower Program, your loved one’s location will receive a full-sized, holiday evergreen blanket (placed the first week in December) as well as four bouquets of your choosing from the options below.  By selecting this annual program, you are able to save 10% of the cost for purchasing these items individually.

If you select the Birthday or Anniversary Bouquet, please be sure to include the date(s) in the forms below.

For flower holiday bouquets, the bouquets will be placed the day before the holiday.  If the office is closed the day before the holiday, the bouquet will be placed the last day in which the office is open, before the holiday.
