Fall Foliage Tour On Sunday, November 8th, 2020

Join us on an educational guided tour that allows you to fully immerse yourself in the vibrant colors of Autumn as you explore Pinelawn’s grounds and view the majestic trees, beautiful scenery and historic monuments. Guests can enjoy the bright yellows of the Birch trees, the hearty oranges of the Maples and deep reds of the Tupelo trees, among many others.

The free tour will begin at the courtyard outside of Pinelawn’s Reception Office at 2030 Wellwood Avenue in Farmingdale, New York. The tour will be led by Pinelawn staff and guests will follow within their own vehicles, stopping at 3 locations within the park for photography, fall foliage details and historical references. The final stop will provide a beautiful array of colors for families to take photos, enjoy pre-packaged snacks and beverages and ask any additional details about our Arboretum. Please note that guests will be in and out of their cars for each stop on the tour.

Check-in begins at 10:00 am. The tour will start promptly at 10:30 am and will last approximately 1.5 hours. Admission is free, but registration is required.

Event Details:

• The event will be following social distancing guidelines.
• The total duration of the tour will be one hour, ending at our Louis Natalie Mall where guests can take photos and enjoy light, pre-packaged refreshments.
• A mask must be worn by all attendees at all times.
• Each registrant’s temperature will be checked and hand sanitizer will be provided. If you have had a fever within the last 24 hours or are feeling ill, please do not attend the event.
• After check-in is complete, you will be asked to wait in your car at a designated location until the tour begins.
• Portable bathrooms are available for use.
